Heba Abdelbaky
Heba Abdelbaky is a Senior Program Manager at Vanguard who leads large business transformational efforts. Prior to this role, Heba oversaw the operational strategies and internal communications of Vanguard’s largest contact centers. While her prior role was focused on deploying workforce strategies and managing day-to-day operations of 4,000 employees across 3 locations, she previously spent 12 years leading new technology initiatives. As a six sigma black belt, Heba implemented projects that generated cumulative savings of over $40M.
Abdelbaky received her undergraduate degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MBA from MIT Sloan’s School and Management. Heba has two boys, ages 9 and 14, and is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
